Typical Shifts are: 7-12 hour shifts including a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
