Job Description:

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Haywards Heath.

Requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Support individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
• Support individuals in community activities, supporting their hobbies and interests.
• Support with personal care and manual handling.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract options and shifts:

• Full-time: 37.5 hrs
• Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
• Shift times include days (07:00-10:00) and waking nights (10:00-07:00), with sleep-in options paid at £61.20 extra.
