Voyage Care's Chapel Mews in New Whittington is seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain more independence in daily life. You will work within a dynamic team to support six adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, teaching new life skills and assisting with personal care.

You will enable activities and socialising, from going to local bars and cinemas to quiet evenings at home.

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our Chapel Mews supported living service in New Whittington is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. We support 6 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.   Typical Shifts are: Mornings - 07:30-14:30 & Afternoons - 14:30-21:30 or Days 07:30-21:30. Sleep ins also required
