Priory Hillside, part of Priory Group, is hiring a Support Worker to join our residential service near Burnley. The role requires a female driver with at least 3 years of UK driving experience, working full time (42 hours) at Hillside.
We support three residents aged 17+ with autism or learning disabilities, with additional mental health needs. You will work in a rural setting to promote wellbeing and recovery.

Hillside has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. Due to the needs of our residents, we can only consider female applicants for this role.
Priory Hillside is a residential service, located just outside of Burnley. We provide support to three individuals, aged 17 years and above, who are on the autistic spectrum or who have a learning disability. We also cater for those who may have a mental health diagnosis, including a personality disorder.
Set within a beautiful rural setting, in the South Pennines area, we aim to help residents create and achieve goals, in order to lead a fulfilled and enriched life.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
