Manchester City Council is seeking a dedicated RSAP Bed & Breakfast Support Worker to assist single people and families in temporary accommodation. You will provide frontline, person-centred support and help clients access housing, health and community services, while tracking progress and safeguarding information.

This is a rewarding frontline role where you will work directly with customers during a challenging period in their lives. You will provide practical support, encouragement and guidance to help people feel safer, build confidence and progress towards longer-term housing.
Working with a small caseload, you will build meaningful relationships and provide responsive, person-centred support. You will be part of a supportive team, with guidance from senior colleagues and access to partner organisations such as Adult Social Care, Children's Services, the Probation Service and the voluntary sector.
