Job summary

Best Lives Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and other needs in everyday activities and community engagement.

You will join a supportive team delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and inclusion, with shifts including evenings, weekends and occasional sleep-ins as required.

About the Role

Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs to live life as they choose. This may include supporting individuals with day-to-day life skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, taking part in social activities or even planning trips and holidays.

You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
