Support Worker (Female) - Enfield

£13.00 per hour

Shift Patterns: Early, Late, and Long Day shifts. Weekend availability is essential.

About the Role

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hands-on Female Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals while working as part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Our residential service in Enfield is friendly, welcoming, and full of variety. No two days are ever the same. You will support people with activities such as:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Learning and developing new life skills
• Accessing the local community

• Building confidence and independence

One day you may be supporting people on a trip to a local café, pub, or cinema, and the next you could be enjoying games, films, or other activities together at home.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be resilient, flexible, and calm under pressure
• Have experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice
• Be confident supporting people who may experience behaviours of distress
• Have experience working with individuals with autism, mental health conditions, forensic histories, or those who have experienced trauma
