Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Support Worker in Grantham to help individuals live independently and engage in community activities. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and build meaningful connections alongside a dedicated team in a caring environment.

Qualifications

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Grantham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
