We are looking for proactive, passionate, and caring individuals to join our growing team. At Discovery, we support 6 males and 6 females living independently in their own homes in Street.

Enjoy a variety of activities, from karaoke and drumming to relaxing at home or heading out to the pub. No two days are the same!

We seek people who can help create happy, vibrant, and active homes. Our support workers assist with personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean environment. Our supported individuals are eager to learn new skills and try new activities with passionate support.

No prior social care experience is required; we value the right attitude and a desire to make a positive difference every day.
