Voyage Care in Four Marks is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within a friendly team. You'll assist with personal care, encourage community involvement, and run activities to enhance quality of life.

Job description

Support Worker – Four Marks - £13.67ph

Typical shift times are: 7:30am - 9:30pm / 9:30pm - 7:30am / 7:30am - 3pm / 3pm - 9:30pm / 9am - 3pm.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
