Job summary

Eckington Court Nursing Home, part of Orchard Health Care Group, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Mental Health) to deliver person-centred care to residents with complex needs. The role emphasizes empathy, independence, and community reintegration.

Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months’ experience in a mental health care setting. Nights available with progression opportunities and strong team support.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care required.
• Experience in mental health care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
