Job summary

All Care is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across the Isle of Wight, including Freshwater, Cowes, Newport, and surrounding areas. You will help clients regain independence in their homes, perform personal care, meals, light duties, and companionship, with full training provided.

No prior experience is required; travel between locations is common and drivers with a UK license are welcome for block-paid roles. Right to work in the UK is needed.

Salary: £13.43 per hour week days £13.93 Weekends

£14.00 per hour Block paid.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role
