All Care is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care to older adults across the Isle of Wight, including Cowes, Newport and Freshwater. You will help clients regain independence in their own homes with respectful, compassionate support.

No prior experience required – full training is provided, with opportunities to develop NVQ qualifications from day one and to progress within a friendly, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Travel requirements: drivers with a Full UK licence and own vehicle for block paid roles.
• Non-drivers welcome to apply for hourly paid positions.

Salary: £13.43 per hour week days £13.93 Weekends

£14.00 per hour Block paid.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role
