Job summary

Thera Group in the East Midlands region is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with a learning disability. You will help individuals reach personal goals and support daily living, planning and transportation in home or community settings.

The role offers job security with annualised hours, guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, and opportunities for training and progression within the Thera Group.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
