Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team helping adults with a learning disability. You may work in the individual's home or out in the community, providing essential daily support and encouragement.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided. You will help with personal and emotional support, daily planning, leisure and employment, while empowering individuals to lead the lives they choose.

You may be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
