Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help people achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living tasks.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided. The role involves early/late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and may be in clients' homes or in the community. A monthly salary is guaranteed and benefits are available.

• The ability to understand individual communication preferences and adapt communication styles accordingly is essential.
• Willing and able to work as part of a 24/7 rota, including: Early shifts, Late shifts, Weekends, Bank holidays & Sleep-in shifts.
• Kind, caring, good team player with a great sense of humour.
• Must be confident with IT and have access to a suitable device for completing digital timesheets and e-learning.
