Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Dudley to help people gain more independence in daily life. You will work within a dynamic team to support individuals, with activities ranging from personal care to community outings.

• Teach people new life skills and promote independence.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage and enable access to local communities and social events.
• Engage in activities with the people we support, including outings, games, films or cinema.
• Support during appointments or meals and provide companionship.

Job description

Support Worker - Dudley - £12.72 per hour

Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 8am - 3pm & 3pm - 10pm

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Dudley is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support attending appointment or going for a meal, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
