Job summary

Liaise is seeking a Support Worker to help ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you assist residents with daily tasks and participate in social visits and local outings.

We offer a £100 monthly travel allowance, competitive pay and a range of benefits including DBS checks and pension. We have full-time day and night shifts available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks using provided training.
• Support in day-to-day life, including visits and outings to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

£100 monthly travel allowance to support travel expenses

• Full time days available
• Full time nightsavailable

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
