Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Coventry to assist a gentleman with complex needs on a zero-hours contract. You will provide person-centred support, help with daily living, and participate in rehabilitation activities to promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and daily living support, including personal care and light household tasks.

• Build a warm, trusting relationship through friendly communication and teamwork.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful care environment for the client.
