Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live-In Support Worker to work in Wales/Cardiff. You will live in a client’s home for your assignment, delivering personalised, one-to-one support and helping maintain independence.

The role follows a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern with a zero-hours contract and ongoing, reliable monthly work. You’ll be part of a trusted care team and supported by clinical leadership.
