Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking a Support Worker in Colwyn Bay to help individuals make everyday choices and achieve personal goals. You will enable participation in activities, provide practical support with finances, housing, and community connections.
Training is provided; no experience required. A full driving licence is essential for transporting clients to activities, with mileage paid at 55p per mile. We welcome applicants with patience, empathy, and strong teamwork skills.

We have both part time and full time hours, please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins.
£13.59per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals — whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday.
As a trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
