Job summary

Lifeways Group in Colchester is seeking compassionate and proactive Support Workers to help people with complex needs live more independently at home and in the community.

You will provide personal care, meal planning, household tasks, and support hobbies and social activities, while building confidence and independence in those you support. Training is funded and progression is encouraged.

You'll be supporting individuals with:

• Acquired brain injuries
• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health conditions

Support is tailored to each person's unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

You'll support with:

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
