Job summary

Lifeways Group in East Twickenham is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. The role is full-time and based at a modern home.

You will cover day and waking night shifts over a 7-day period, earning £14.80 per hour. Lifeways offers a thorough induction, ongoing training, DBS which is funded, and access to Lifeways Rewards and health plan options.

Lifeways is looking to grow our fantastic team of Residential Support Workers at our modern, well-equipped home in East Twickenham. We are recruiting for full-time Day and Waking Night Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. • Full time - 37.5 hours per week
• Our Support Workers must be willing to work over a 7-day period, with shifts scheduled between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
