emh Care & Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live the lives they choose. You will build meaningful relationships, tailor support to each person, and work with families and professionals to ensure opportunities to thrive.
There are six 24-hour positions available at Supported Living 1: Eckington, Brimington, Chesterfield. Emphasis on dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Salary: £12.94 per hour

No two days are ever the same. You’ll build meaningful relationships, get to know what matters most to each person, and provide personalised support tailored to their unique needs, interests, and aspirations. Whether it’s helping someone learn new skills, preparing meals together, attending social activities, or supporting personal care, you’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
You’ll also work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to ensure the people you support have every opportunity to thrive, belong, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
