Job summary

Agincare Melksham is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in the community. You will provide person-centred support, assist with personal care and daily routines, and build meaningful connections to enable independence.

You’ll support outings, holidays and community activities, follow care plans and maintain records, while promoting safety and wellbeing. A Full UK driving licence is required due to rural location and ongoing training is provided.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Melksham to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
