Zusammenfassung

Potens is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our residential service in Port Talbot. You will support 3 young adults with learning disabilities, primarily 1-1 and occasionally 2-1, helping maintain well-being and independence through community activities and learning life skills.

The role requires flexibility for night shifts (8pm–8am) on a rota basis, with DBS checks and references as part of the pre-employment process.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Personal care may be involved. Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• Flexible - shift will be on a rota basis and can include weekends
• Drivers preferred (Manual only).
