Job summary

At Lifeways Ripon Services, you’ll join a team that helps young adults with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs live more independently. You’ll be part of a community-focused service, supporting daily activities and enabling participation in community life.

What You’ll Be Doing

At our Ripon Services, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
