Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Care Worker to support older people to live with dignity, independence and comfort.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care and nutrition, while encouraging independence and building strong relationships with residents and their families. We welcome applicants with care experience or those new to the sector and will provide training and development opportunities.

• You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare.
• This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.

About you

You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others. You'll enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
