Are you looking to join a prestigious Health & Social-care agency? Do you have the experience needed to excel in the Health and Social-care environment? If yes, Carepath Recruitment wants you!
We are seeking calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition to join our care team. You will be expected to provide high-standard care to help residents and ensure their well-being. Experience is preferred but not essential, as demonstrating unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary requirement.
You should have the maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. Ability to follow guidelines and work positively within a supportive team is essential.
Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not mandatory, as full training, including online e-learning, is provided through our training academy.
Flexibility is important as shifts include days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches. Our care services operate 24/7, so we require flexibility to cover various shifts during the week and weekends. We will try to accommodate your availability.
You will have the opportunity to take on a supportive role, working alongside individuals and their support networks to promote happiness, health, and achievement of personal goals. Our person-centred planning is co-produced with the individuals and their families, setting meaningful goals for each person. This role offers valuable experience and skill development for a career in adult social care.
We offer competitive hourly rates, annual leave, ongoing training, and potential permanent opportunities, including some temp roles after a qualifying period.
