Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford. You will join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP 23,582 per annum, plus benefits.

Corporation Road is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities currently aged between their 40s and 70s.

Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

About the Support Worker role:

We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalized support plans, provide emotional support, and help residents live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This includes activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out, and holidays.
