Job summary

Pin Point Health & Social Care in Cheadle is looking for experienced Support Workers to join a range of environments, including Supported Living, Residential Services, Specialist Units and Private Hospitals. The role requires willingness to work long days, nights and sleepovers, with a competitive hourly rate.

You will administer medication, support daily living tasks, maintain reports and liaise with the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in a healthcare environment.
• Patient and calm under pressure.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Flexible to work across multiple environments weekly.

Support Worker

Location: Cheadle

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Zero Hour

Shift Patterns: Long days, nights & sleepovers (must be willing to work all shifts, not just nights)

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to work within a variety of environments including Supported Living, Residential Services, Specialist Units and Private Hospitals as part of our established health and social care agency.

The Role:

• Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans
• Completing all necessary administrative duties

The Person:

• A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
• The ability to be patient & calm under pressure
• Easily adaptable to new environments
• Reliable & trustworthy
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential
• Flexible to work within multiple environments on a weekly basis dependant on the requirements of our clients.
