About You

We’re recruiting bank staff to join our supportive, experienced team, with the potential for permanent contracts for the right candidate. About The Role

A typical shift starts at 10am and finishing at 10:30am the following day (sleep break 11pm-8am). We'd still like to hear from you if you are qualified and experienced, but are looking for an alternative shift pattern.

You’ll soon find that no two days will be the same working in supported accommodation. You’ll help support young people with their college work, employment applications, complete key work sessions, attend appointments, meetings and promote personal development. You will be flexible, adapt to changing needs, and work closely with the young person's support network to ensure they succeed.

Requirements

Ideally 2+ years working with young people

Level 3 qualification held or willing to work towards

Driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance (very advantageous)

You must have the right to work in the UK.
