Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Pentyrch. The Support Worker will provide support and care to individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs, personality disorders, or other specialist care needs. Daily tasks include offering technical support, safeguarding, communicating effectively with service users, and employing interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications


  • Experience as a Support Worker and in providing Technical Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Knowledge and experience in Safeguarding
  • Ability to work on-site and provide hands-on support
  • A compassionate and patient approach
  • Experience in mental health care is beneficial
  • Relevant certification or training in healthcare, social work, or related fields
