Job summary

Sense Cymru in Caerphilly is seeking warm, reliable Support Workers to help adults with sensory impairment live active, independent lives. Roles are permanent, 16–30 hours weekly, with flexible shifts and pay of £13.00 per hour.

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential. You will support people with daily living tasks, community access, meaningful activities and social connections, while benefiting from generous holiday, pension contributions and DBS checks.

TouchBase Wales is Sense Cymru's community support base in Caerphilly, supporting adults with multi-sensory or single sensory impairment and additional needs. Our support is designed around the choices and wellbeing of each individual, with meaningful activities that promote life skills, communication, creative expression and independence.

We have multiple Support Worker positions available on a permanent basis, working between 16 and 30 hours per week on a flexible shift pattern, at £13.00 per hour.

A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle are essential for this role.
