An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Service Support Worker to join their Discharge to Assess team in Dunfermline. Hours: To be specified per week.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: To be specified per annum, pro-rata for roles under full hours.

This is a Regulated Service and you will play a vital role in providing practical and emotional assistance to individuals in their own homes, assessing their needs, and conducting assessments to determine ongoing care needs.
