Head First is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a small, friendly team supporting a 37-year-old man living independently in his own home following an acquired brain injury in Burgess Hill.
You will work 2–3 shifts per week (11 hours each, typically 10:30am–9:30pm) with some overtime to cover leave. Duties include meal planning, shopping, appointments, social activities and helping the client build independence through a structured rehabilitation programme.
