Radis Community Care has an opening for a Support Worker based at Parsons Gardens in Broadway, WR12.

Shift Details:

• Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm
• Week 2: Thursday and Friday evenings from 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm
• Occasional morning shifts available, 7 am to 10 am
• Additional shifts: 7 am-10 am, 7 am-2:30 pm, 2:30 pm-10 pm, 10 pm-7 am, including alternate weekends

About Parsons Gardens:

Located in Broadway, Worcestershire, Parsons Gardens offers 50 apartments and bungalows for residents over 55, providing privacy and independence with on-site 24-hour care. The facility features wheelchair-accessible apartments, level access showers, modern kitchens, communal lounges, assisted bathrooms, guest suite, gym, activity room, cinema, salon, and café, which is also open to the surrounding community.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.
• Support residents with mobility restrictions to move within communal areas, dining, and bedrooms.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
