Job description

Flashcare Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our clients team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Rates: Pay Rate - £12.21 - £15.00 per hour PAYE / £14.50 - £17.00 per hour Umbrella.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Patience and flexibility in dealing with challenging situations
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Part of joining the team you will be assigned a consultant who will:

- Complete your onboarding process

- Manage your shift bookings

- Process your weekly timesheet

- Deal with any payroll queries

- Attain a welcome pack

- Block booking opportunities

In return, you will receive a pay rate of £12.21 - £15.00 per hour PAYE / £14.50 - £17.00 per hour Umbrella. This is a contract role but currently this role is expected to work 37hours per week.
