Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a committed Autism Support Worker to join a highly supportive specialist education setting in Poole. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work closely with children and young people who require consistent, individualised care and structured support to reach their full potential.

About the Role / Role Overview
As an Autism Support Worker, you will provide daily, person-centred support to pupils with ASC, helping them access the curriculum, develop social communication skills, and manage their emotional regulation. You will be a key figure in the classroom, offering both academic and pastoral support, and ensuring pupils feel safe, respected and understood.
