Job summary

A supportive care organization in Bridgwater is seeking a thoughtful Support Worker to assist a gentleman living with a brain injury. You will provide companionship, support with community access, and encourage healthy routines without personal care duties. The ideal candidate should have experience with brain injuries and a valid UK driver’s license. Offers include competitive hourly pay and flexible hours.

Looking to work alongside someone who’s rebuilding their life with purpose? We’re seeking a thoughtful, proactive Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Bridgwater living with the effects of a brain injury.

This client is highly independent and has big goals – from gym sessions and social outings to one day travelling the UK and beyond. You’ll be there to support his journey, providing gentle structure, light admin support, and consistent encouragement. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term connection and make a real impact – all without personal care duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:
