Job summary

Dimensions Group is hiring a proactive Support Worker in Minehead to assist adults to live independently in their own homes. You will cook, clean and help maintain a tidy living space while supporting wellbeing and daily routines.

No previous experience required; a patient, positive attitude is valued. Shifts range 7am–10pm with sleep-ins. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, offering opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join our close-knit support team in Minehead, where we support both ladies and gentlemen live independent and fulfilling lives.

About the role

The role will also involve supporting people in their own homes, cooking, cleaning and keeping the space tidy, you may also be supporting with some personal care from time to time.

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the posts are filled

Promoting independence, going on trips to London, assisting with voluntary work

Drivers preffered but not essential
