Job summary

Creative Support Limited is seeking a warm and proactive Support Worker to join our team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The role focuses on building trusting relationships with individuals with mental health support needs and supporting their recovery journey on a day-to-day basis.

We offer a structured pathway with induction and values-led training, with opportunities for progression. Must be able to drive with a UK licence. Competitive hourly rate and UK-based employment are provided.

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns.
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users.

• Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times.

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Bradford to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

Your role will include:

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
• Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
• Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times

Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.

Must be able to drive with a UK licence.
