We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our residential service in Britley is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and participating in activities. One day might involve outings with the people we support, and another could be relaxing with games or films.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, such as cooking dinner or going on holiday.
We value both experience and the right values. Our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans, and working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
