Autism West Midlands is a leading charity in the West Midlands for people on the autism spectrum. We use our expertise to enrich the lives of autistic people and those who love and care for them. Support Workers are responsible for enabling the individuals we support to live a rewarding and fulfilling life, ensuring that they work in a person-centered way and in-line with our values at all times.

This role involves lone working as well as working as part of a team to maintain a safe, happy, supportive and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of the person first.

Hours per week – 37.5 hours per week (Will consider part time hours)

Job type – Permanent full and part time hours

Salary – £12.30 per hour

Location – Birmingham (Poplars)
