SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bicester to help six young adults live fuller, more independent lives in supported living homes. The role focuses on everyday routines, personal care, and enabling activities with a person-centred approach.
You will build trusted relationships, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while promoting safety, routine, and wellbeing. A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £14.06 per hour (£27,417 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential
