Job summary

Keys Group is seeking dedicated Bank Children's Residential Support Workers for Bedlington. You will support children in a safe, nurturing home environment and help them with daily routines, activities, and independence.

The role requires a caring attitude, flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins, and a Full UK Driving Licence. The position offers 39 hours per week with a payday of £13.45–£14.15 per hour plus a sleep-in allowance of £3,000–£6,000 annually and paid training plus progression
