Liaise in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to join our team and help residents lead happy, purposeful lives. This is a full-time day-shift role with training and support provided.

You will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits and outings, and maintain careful records. You'll work with colleagues, families and external organisations to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards

Responsabilités

• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.
