Join Our Team at Banstead Road - Support Worker Position

Full-time role available with flexible shift patterns:

• Long days: 07:30am - 20:00pm / 19:30pm - 08:00am
• Short days: 07:30am - 14:00pm and 13:30pm - 20:00pm
• Shifts of 6 or 12 hours

Banstead Road is home to six adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Our location is conveniently close to Ewell village, Epsom, Kingston, and Sutton.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will:

• Assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes
• Escort and support residents during outings and appointments
• Promote independence and support individual aspirations through a Person-Centred approach
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
