Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Services in Morton to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
Join our Services in Morton as a Support Worker and help individuals with learning disabilities build confidence, independence, and joy in their community. Every day offers something different, from providing daily support to enjoying outings and adventures tailored to the individual's interests. Support Workers receive £12.90 per hour, with a refer a friend bonus, ongoing training, career development, company pension, and Blue Light Card discounts. The role requires a calm, patient, and caring approach, teamwork, a full UK driving licence, and at least 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK.
