Job summary

Academics is recruiting on behalf of a successful Secondary SEMH school in Basingstoke for a Support Manager role starting September. The position is temp to perm with a salary between 28,598.00 and 31,022.00 annually (FTE).

Actual salary may reflect NJC Range 5 and a lower scale for the right candidate. You will join a dedicated staff team to support students with SECID aged 10-16 in a nurturing, alternative education environment, focusing on behaviour management and wellbeing while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEMH/SECID.
• Ability to implement behavioural strategies in a school setting.
• Strong communication with students, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of student behaviour and wellbeing.
• Work with the Support Team Lead to implement strategies.
• Build strong relationships across the school community.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment in an alternative education setting.
